Christmas eve is the traditional time to open gifts at the Koplin house, and Katie got things started by tearing into her new water dish. She probably wouldn't have been so excitedto unwrap it, but we put a couple of dog cookies in the bottom.

we tore through all of the gifts we had hors d'oeuvres.

was starting to wind down.

The festivities continued the next morning at the Krueger house

took a while to get the gift opening ball rolling. We were all a little

dinner was wonderful. Our friend Sandy Kern joined us.
After
dinner we popped traditional English crackers which contained party hats
and little games.

dad was completely exhausted after trying out every little game from every
cracker at the table.

in the week David, Robby, Ray, Michael and Paul Raich went down to "the
can" (the new Pepsi Center) for an Avalanche game
